All items marked free shipping are to US and Canada only all other areas are at a small shipping fee, contact us for pricing.

Returns

No returns accepted without prior authorization from us. Please contact us for an RMA and shipping instructions.Items returned that are not defective are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Defective products if under 30 days we will repair or replace product at our discretion, any product showing abuse voids warranties.Any defective product older than 30 days contact manufacturer, we will be happy to assist with warranty claims if needed. Customer is responsible for return shipping on all products.

We do not accept phone orders for customer safety. If you pay by personal check, your order will ship after the payment clears our bank.

Warranty Policy

Most products have full manufacturers warranty, all that don't have a 90 day Clarity Audio warranty and are marked as such. Any item that arrives DOA please contact us and we will send an RMA for return and either refund your money,ship a new unit, or repair the defective one at out discretion in accordance with our agrements with the manufacturers.All items not under Clarity Audio waranty after 30 days contact the manufacturer for service. Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order.
